This page shows the demisters available from Feature-Tec.

In chemical process plants, outlet gases from various liquid/gas contacting devices such as evaporation towers and distillation columns often contain entrained liquids in the form of droplets. These entrained liquid droplets needs to be removed to prevent affecting the quality of gas required for the downstream processes.
Wire-mesh demister is a compact separating layer with a certain thickness weaved by metal wire. It is horizontally mounted in a container for removing liquid impurities from gas streams. When the gaseous stream vertically flows through the separating layer, liquid impurities are removed.

Vane type demister, comprising of a group of vanes closely arranged together to form a wave or saw-shaped pathway for the gas flow, separates liquid impurities from gas streams. Changes in flow direction causes liquid droplets contained in the gaseous stream to impact the vanes, forming bigger droplets which are discharged through gravity.
