In situations when there are a massive amount of impurities of varying sizes, metallic or membrane filtration elements will not be suitable. Such processes requires the use of a disposable high dirt-holding capacity filtration cartridge.

To meet this need, Feature-Tec designed an innovative filtration cartridge. The FSH Ultra-High Dirt-Holding Capacity Cartridge has high filtration efficiency, filtration area up to 20 m² and a holding capacity of up to 20 kg.

FSH uses fine additive-free polypropylene with a high anti-microbial capability, have a horizontal multiple-fold design and a superior filtration area compared to other pleated cartridges. At the same time, it possesses high filtration efficiency and a long service lifespan.

The high dirt holding cartridges has a larger diameter compared to regular pleated cartridges (external diameter 165mm, internal diameter 65mm) and can provide an effective filtration area of 20 m² and a holding capacity of 20 kg. To ensure the integrity of the element, the cartridge uses high-performance polypropylene as a protective cover. As a result, the fiber within the cartridge is stable, resists pressure, with double-O rings used at the opening, providing an airtight sealing integrity without any side leakages.

FSH’s high-performance cartridge design is widely used in all types of environments, especially in environments with high levels of impurities of varying particulate sizes.
