Super Long Life Filter Bag（POXL/PEXL)
Compared to needle felt filter bags, super long-life filter bags use finer and heavier fiber. In situations where there are little change in differential pressure, it increases medium porosity and filtration area hence increasing dirt-holding capacity and filtration efficiency. Its service lifespan is also 2 – 5 times that of traditional bags. This lengthens production cycles and reduces the need for changing bags, therefore reducing operating costs.
Long life filter bag can be applied in situations where filtering flow rate is high and a high filtration accuracy is required.
Product Features:
- Tight structure without surface felt shedding
- Hot-melting seamless joint technology ensures no side leakage or chemicals exudation
- Suitable for fluid with low or medium viscosity to effectively intercept various solids and soft particles under high flow rate
- Fully welded for joint, special surface heat treatment and reduction of surface fiber shedding in service
- Fineness and thickness of fiber increase the porosity factor of filtering layer and range of particles being intercepted to increase the pollutants holding capacity and service life

- No.1 or 2 bag is selectable according to customer’s actual operating environment
- Plastic pressure-sensitive sealing ring with good sealing performance, economical but durable stainless steel or carbon steel ring is selectable according to customer’s actual operating environment
