Nylon Melt-blown Filter Cartridge is specially designed by Feature-Tec to meet the high temperature and toxicity filtration environment requirements, utilizing melt blown technology and ultra-fine nylon fibers, offering a tightly-knit interior and an elastic exterior.
Combined with a graded gradient filtration, the nylon melt blown filter cartridge has high filtration efficiency, high dirt-holding capacity, low pressure differential and a long service lifespan. Compared to general melt blown cartridges, it can withstand high temperatures of up to 120°C. Nylon Melt Blown Filtration Cartridge is compatible with most chemicals, suitable for use in highly toxic environments.
It can be used in food and beverages production processes where high temperatures are used to kill germs and bacteria, special chemical filtration in gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, impurities in spray and heat painting.
Product Features:
