Absolute Precision Melt-blown Filter Cartridge uses 100% polypropylene, deep pores and graded gradient can divert water in multiple directions, reducing water pressure and increasing holding capacity. Its strong fibers does not disintegrate easily and can reach up to 99.9% filtration accuracy. Its composite nature is clearly superior than other similar products.
Product Features:
Pore has a grading gradient, ensuring high filtration efficiency and good structural rigidity while lowering flow pressure to reduce energy use and increasing the lifespan of the element.
The cartridge is made of nontoxic and inoffensive PP material which can be directly applied for potable water and beverage and does not generate any bonding medium. In application, no soluble material occurs.
Resistant to putridity, acid and alkali, organic or inorganic solvents (except chlorosulfuric acid, aquafortis and strong oxidant).
The surface fabric structure is tough and shedding rarely occurs. Absolute filtering accuracy can reach 99.9% and filtering performance is good.

- 2.1kg/cm² at 60°C
- 4.2kg/cm² at 20°C
- Replacement is recommended at the following pressure difference: 2.1 kg/cm²
- Maximum operation temperature: 95°C
