FHF Cartridge guides the flow through the depth of the medium, comprising of an end-cap, shell and core structure. Filtration membrane is multi-pleated and uses a non-sticky reagent and fuse welding to seal the entire structure, without any contamination. Combined with the fold elements’ specialised use of diversion layers, there’s no risk of fiber coming off.
FHF Cartridge is made out of anti-microbial, water-affinity PES thin membranes. Not only does it possess the capability of traditional pleated membranes of filtering organic materials, it has an unique 4” bore, which enables it to filter with a high flow rate, reaching speeds of up to 10m3/40”/H.
FHF is suitable for filtration of high levels of impurities, capable of handling large inflows with a high accuracy. They are useful in the pre-treatment stage of antibiotics and other pharmaceutical production and for filtering alcohol, mineral water, beverages, organic solvents, acidic and alkaline solutions.
