Nylon Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridge
Nylon Pleated Membrane Cartridge is designed with nylon with good water affinity and can work immediately without the addition of surface active reagents or IPA pre-washing. It can effectively lower cleaning time and operating costs and has low pressure differential, high flow rate and high filtration efficiency.
Nylon Pleated Membrane Cartridge can be effectively used in the high-precision filtration required in ultra-pure water and pharmaceutical production.
Product Features:
- Made of nylon which has a good hydrophilicity. IPA pre-washing is not required before use
- Large filtration area (> 0.9m²) for high dirt holding capacity and filtering flow rate
- Low pressure difference and long service life
- Membrane does not contain any surface active agent so as to effectively reduce cartridge cleaning time
- 18MΩ-DI water/2GPM is optional for washing 30 minutes with low TOC content (40ppb)
- Melt spinning method adopted for sealing end cover and connector, with no adhesive agent added
- Integrity test can be performed on cartridge
